WorkLife Psychology Principal Psychologist, Heather, works with clients on a broad range of difficulties, including depression, anxiety, stress, adjustment disorder, job burnout, vicarious trauma, compassion fatigue, self-esteem issues, anger management, difficulties with emotion regulation, and chronic pain.
Heather will support you to understand your unique needs and circumstances, and use evidence-based therapy and strategies to assist you to overcome the challenges you're experiencing and improve your mental health and wellbeing.

About counselling services
Heather is a registered provider with Medicare and can offer rebates for eligible clients with a Mental Health Treatment Plan in place from their GP. Heather is also registered with WorkCover Queensland for those seeking workers' compensation.

This services is designed for busy professionals that benefit from the convenience of not having to drive to attend an appointment, or are located in regional areas where it can be hard to find a psychologist.
