Welcome to WorkLife Psychology

Updated: Apr 8, 2022

Hi there! Thanks for stopping by to learn more about what we do.

When Karolina and I started talking about setting up a practice, we wanted to bring together the best of what we both do - meshing our expertise together in a powerful way to better help people. Between us we have over 30 years' experience in mental health, counselling, consulting, employee wellbeing and organisational development. Tackling mental health, particularly in the workplace, is no longer just about coping, resilience and stress management, reducing stigma, and being accommodating. These things are important - but we can offer so much more than this, guiding businesses, leaders and their people to understand how to create truly healthy, safe and constructive places to work.

Work and life are changing...

The past couple of years have proven quite challenging for many of us. We've experienced a pandemic, natural disasters, the financial pressures that come along with these experiences, and we have seen the impacts and costs of war overseas. The pandemic has shifted the way we live our lives and changed the way we work. It is not surprising that people are feeling exhausted, uncertain, anxious, and overwhelmed.

At WorkLife Psychology, we feel passionately about helping people to navigate these challenges. From providing counselling support to those that are struggling to cope, to working with business leaders looking for strategies to enhance mental health outcomes in the workplace; our practice is all about the interface between work and life, and the challenges of day to day worklife!

Is there something we can assist you with?

If so, we would love to hear from you. Please reach out to us and we will be happy to explore ways in which we can work with you to get the outcomes you're looking for. Email us anytime via hello@worklifepsychology.com.au.

All the best,

Heather.
